Buenas tardes, me gustaría saber si actualmente en las mejores practicas de documentación se firman todas las hojas que contiene un procedimiento o bien en un solo pie de pagina la final del documento . Mi jefe me ha propuesto que se firmen todas las hojas de un procedimiento, me parece que no es correcto y hasta cierto punto es demasiado, sin embargo el cuestiona miento es válido porque me pregunta que como aseguro que no se harán cambios al documento que no tiene la firma. -

Cómo demostrar que cumples con 7.1 - Recursos
Me surge otra duda. La norma ISO 14001:2015 dice “7.1 Recursos. La organización debe determinar y proporcionar los recursos necesarios para el establecimiento, implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del sistema de gestión ambiental” pero en el manual que adquirí con Advisera dice “7.1. Recursos. [Nombre de la organización] determina y proporciona los recursos necesarios para el establecimiento, implementación, mantenimiento y mejora continua del sistema de gestión ambiental.” Y si el auditor pregunta, cómo le dan respuesta a esta punto de la norma qué le argumentamos, o en donde debe estar reflejado esos “recursos necesarios” -

Kick off ISO 9001 Project
I am struggling to kick off the ISO9001 Project. As we have a quiet difficult business model. We are a Asset finance group with 3 brokers, Broker/Funder and a Fleet management company.We are planning to implement ISO9001 first implement it in the Broker/Funder and fleet management business. We are really starting from scratch and don’t have anything previous stuff in place. I am the project lead and have a project team of 9 people in the business. How would you start of the project? Difference between clauses 4.4 and 8.1
I am not clear in my understanding of clause 4.4 and 8.1. They appear same to me in terms of determining, implementing etc, of the processes.
