Documentation in smaller companies
A documented system is a useful way of getting through an audit although it is often said, that small companies should avoid too much documentation. I find that auditors use all the standard clauses of ISO 9001 2015 to phrase their pre-audit questions. A documented system that mirrors the standard clauses beats 'em to the point every -time. Do you agree, or would you risk a lesser documented system for the smaller outfit? -
Quality policy in ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
Is quality policy required to be maintained separately for ISO 17025:2017, when organization do have it under ISO 9001:2015. -

Gusto en saludarte, quisiera saber de que manera se puede realizar una auditoria de Calidad a una empresa que no cuenta con todos los departamentos, es decir, que sub-contrata varias áreas por ejemplo RRHH, Administración y Finanzas, Gestión de Calidad.
