Quisiera consultar sobre el alcance del apartado 8.7 Salidas no conformes de la Norma ISO 9001 2015. Con respeto a esto, quisiera saber si aplica solamente para procesos de negocio (pensando que se encuentra en capítulo 8 Operación), o si realmente aplica para los otros tipos de proceso (Apoyo, estratégicos, mejora, etc). Hi, I'm just looking at the QMS documentation pyramid. It was suggested to me that "external documents" are added as a layer to the pyramid and I'm trying to decide on which level they should go - any advice? -

En nuestro mapa de proceso de la compañía está el proceso administrativo, en ese proceso estoy codificando los contratos laborales (ejm: ADM-CT-01 contrato a termino indefinido ) pero tengo la duda de si los otros si se codifican y de que manera lo puedo hacer. -
