Use of SWOT analysis
When addressing clause 4.1 of ISO 9001:2015 we determine internal and external issues, topics from the context where an organization is immersed and from the inside of the organization itself. Personally, in my work, I like to transform those internal and external issues in a SWOT matrix. Those internal and external issues can be very useful when determining risks and opportunities. For example, one weakness can be, “60% of our sales are for only one customer”. The company can consider this as a basis for determining a particular risk in the commercial related processes. Normally one does not do a SWOT analysis for each individual process.

Exclusion of ISO 9001 requirements in call centre
I have some questions, if organization's business is services provider (call center services). Does it need to apply clause of 8.3 for design and development of services. This clause is for product design and service which is included in product or separate "Design and development of products and Design and development of services? Also this ISO 9001:2015 permit organization to wave clause of 8.3 only but if customer has no "property belonging to customers or external providers as clause of 8.5.3; how can I do if I could not waive.
