Buenos días, Dentro de un SGC es necesario que toda la información sea codificada? Por ejemplo tengo un proceso que se llama Excelencia operacional el cual no tiene ningún procedimiento documentado. Con lo único que cuenta es con un diagrama de flujo que no está codificado. ¿Sería necesario elaborar un procedimiento? Agradeceré que me puedan ayudar. Saludos

Determining context, needed or not
Context of the organization. This new clause is not very clear. For me the entire ISO 9001:2015 has been jumbled too much. Some place it says no need, and, in another place, it says if needed then you can have it. This is confusing. ISO 9001:2008 was very clear and one can understand what actually was needed.
