Sucede que apenas estoy tratando de implementar un SGC en mi empresa que da el servicio de validación de equipos de laboratorio y areas como clean rooms, capacitación y consultoría de giro farmacéutico, mi jefe dice que excluya el punto de la iso 9001 de diseño y desarrollo lo cual me parece un error, sin embargo no acabo de entender ese punto, diseño y desarrollo significa la planeación del proyecto, desde inicio hasta la entrega final de documentos al cliente. ¿Me podría explicar por favor, como atender y sustentar este punto mediante un procedimiento?
